How to Recover License Key

After purchasing a Chatsilo membership, your login information, including the license key, is emailed to the email address you registered with.

However If you can’t find your license key, there is no need to worry, because you can get it back by following the steps below. 

1. On the sign in page, click on ‘forgot license key”.

2.  Input the email address you registered with and click on send email to receive a new license key. 

3. Navigate to your email. A new license key should be emailed to you. Copy the new license key and log in normally.
