How to Connect an Instagram Account to your Meta Business Account

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of connecting your Instagram account to Meta Business Suite. 

This integration allows you to manage your Instagram business assets directly from your Meta Business Suite desktop. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Login to your  Meta Business Suite desktop

2. After logging in, you'll find the sidebar on the left-hand side of the Meta Business Suite interface. Click on "Settings" to access your account settings.

3. Within the Settings menu, locate and click on "Business assets." This is where you will manage and connect your Instagram account.

4. Under Business Assets, you will see the option to "Add assets." Click on it, and a menu will appear with various asset types. Select "Instagram account."

5. Review the Facebook terms for connecting your Instagram account, then click Claim Instagram account.

6. A new window will open. Enter your Instagram username and password, and click Log In.

7. If you’re already logged in on Instagram, you can also click Continue as [Instagram handle] if that's the account you want to connect to. Otherwise, tap Switch accounts to log into another account.

7. Once you have successfully logged in or chosen your Instagram account, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your Instagram account has been connected to Meta Business Suite.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected your Instagram account to Meta Business Suite, allowing you to manage your Instagram business assets seamlessly from your desktop.
